Forefront Multimedia Group has a full in house CD and DVD Duplication facility boasting the only Digital UV curing machine in Australia capable of producing 1200 units per hour, thus enabling your project to be turned around quicker, cheaper and without compromise on quality.

Disc Label printing

Forefront Multimedia Group utilizes the latest technology in digital UV printing, with 6 colour print ensuring that all print jobs have sharp text and bright and vibrant graphics.

Replication and Duplication

Replication is the term used within the industry to describe the production of CD's and DVD's using a glass master to stamp data onto discs. This is widely recognized to be the best way to produce larger quantities of CD's and DVD's in terms of both cost-efficiencies and quality. Printing to replicated CD's and DVD's as part of the replication process, utilizes Litho Offset or Screen Printing methods. Lead time for replication is 7-8 working days.

Duplication, on the other hand involves encoding media content from your CD /DVD master to a new disc image on a hard drive. That content is then burnt directly onto your specific quantities of discs.

Our duplication procedures leave no room for human error and ensure that your CD/DVD dupes will be completed well within your time frame and budget.

Our duplication services are ideally suited to customers requiring CD's and DVD's in a shorter time frame and we usually turn jobs around in a matter of 1-2 days, however we do offer same day service.
